RJ grew up around job sites, gaining early exposure to the construction industry and developing a strong passion for building. With hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for seeing projects come to life, he has worked on a range of high-end residential developments alongside a talented, collaborative team.

Known for his attention to detail and strong organizational skills, RJ excels at project coordination and process improvement. He thrives in dynamic environments where he can keep learning, solve problems, and help bring complex projects from concept to completion.

Outside of work, RJ is often at the coast surfing, taking photos, or working on his 1990 BMW. He holds a degree in film production, loves to travel, and is currently learning Spanish.
